I had a comfortable experience here, everything was very good, the location was excellent really close to the centre of town, nice restaurant and centrum. There were comfortable beds and central heating, a work desk and a TV set inside the room. Really helpful and efficient staff as I wanted.

The hotel staff was exceptionally busy.

Nice beds, room has heating, a desk to work on, and a TV for entertainment. Great spot in a busy shopping area. the staff is super friendly and helpful! 😊

Very nice room, design and new, good restaurant and great pinxtos, convenience of a 24h shop of the petrol station linked to the hotel), connection to Bilbao center via train at 300m from hotel (secured parking free of charge in hotel!)

Room was a smoking room It wasn't particularly easy to find. It is located on an industrial estate near a small town that has little to offer

The food here is delicious and well-priced, and the atmosphere is modern and welcoming.

Location close to Bilbao ferry terminal (specifically chosen for this purpose). Secure underground parking. Hotel building and rooms seemed modern and clean, unlike the surrounding area.

Dinner & breakfast rather limited, haphazard and utilitarian. Breakfast was particularly limited and had to be ordered at the bar (amongst much shouting of others coming in from outside). Area in which hotel is located is industrial and dingy. The hotel is right next door to a fuel station, which is frankly dangerous -- and probably would not be allowed in UK.

Good new hotel but very difficult to find as Hotel sign was very small.Staff very friendly, but spoke very little english which was ok for us but could be a problem.

We stayed in a modern double room with central heating, a work desk, and a TV; the bathroom was impeccably clean, the staff were excellent, and the setting was unbeatable and magnificent.
